International Languages Classes For 2012/2013

The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board is planning a variety of international language classes for elementary and secondary students this fall. Secondary classes will be a credit course that can be added to a student’s transcript towards graduation.

Peterborough Area Courses:
Proposed courses for the Peterborough area include:

Mandarin at Peterborough Alternative and Continuing Education - elementary only.
Ojibwe at Peterborough Alternative and Continuing Education - elementary only.
Korean (elementary and secondary) at Peterborough Alternative and Continuing Education.

Clarington and Northumberland Area Courses:
Proposed courses for the Clarington and Northumberland area include:

Mandarin(elementary). Location and start time to be announced. Please look for a parent survey regarding International Language course offerings here and in your school newsletters in the coming weeks.
