Busing Information
Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO) is the consortium responsible for busing students from the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board and two other local school boards.
Information on bus delays and cancellations and other transportation-related matters is available at www.stsco.ca
You may also call 705-748-9240 or 1-866-433-4441 for a recorded list of county-wide bus cancellations during inclement weather. School-by-school and route-by-route delays and cancellations are listed on the STSCO website only.

First Rider program 2010
Young children who will be riding a school bus for the first time this September will get practical, on-the-bus safety lessons at the First Rider program this August. Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario (STSCO) has once again organized First Rider sessions as follows:
August 20 from 3:30-6 p.m. and August 21 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Clarington Central Secondary School in Bowmanville
August 27 from 3-6 p.m. and August 28 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Northumberland Mall in Cobourg
August 27 from 3-6 p.m. and August 28 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Lansdowne Place in Peterborough.
Parents can drop by with their children during the times noted. Each session will run 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. For details, please call 1-800-757-0307 or visit www.stsco.ca
